Meanwhile, the 5GHz wireless band provides up to 867Mbps Wi-Fi speed for latency-sensitive entertainment so you can stream HD video, play online games and hold video chats all at the same time, without delay. Troubleshooting steps. 1) Connect LAN cable from router LAN port (yellow port) to router wan port (Blue port) and check WAN port LED (having earth or globe symbol) is coming or not. 2) Connect lan cable one end to router wan port (Blue port) and another to system and check Wan port LED (having earth or globe symbol) is coming or not. 3) Make reset the device as per below process and then check the LED status. Reset the device: Directly press and hold the RESET button on the rear panel/panel layout with a pin for approximately 6 to 10 seconds when the device is running. Release the reset button and wait for the device to reboot. If you can see all the lights flashing, then go off and some lights go back on slowly during the process that means the device has been reset successfully. How to check wan port: Plug the internet cable to blue port, the led assigned for blue port (having earth or globe symbol) should glow and when it is plugged out the led should get off completely.
